What are the payment methods available?
We happily accept:
- Online Banking & Debit/Credit card via BillPlz
- e-Wallets (GrabPay, Touch 'n Go, Boost)
- PayLater by Grab where you can pay next month or pay in 4 monthly instalments
We currently do not provide option for Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method.
Do I need to register to shop?
No registration is needed so you can just add items into your cart then check out. You will receive confirmation email with your order number.

How do I find my size?

We ship to both West & East Malaysia!

How do I track my order?
You will receive your tracking number once your item dispatches from our warehouse.
My tracking number is not working. What should I do ?
As your parcel is currently in transit, there will be no updates until they arrive at the customs. If your parcel has no movement for more than 5 days, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
You can request for cancellation or amendment within 12 hours upon placing your order. You can do so by emailing us at email@example.com.
However, we cannot guarantee that your order will be cancelled upon request as our Fulfillment Team works very quickly in processing all our orders.
I'd like to make an exchange.

I received a defective item!
In cases where you do receive a pair that is less than perfect, please send over a clear picture of the defect to our email at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can process a replacement to be sent your way as soon as possible.
